The under water pelletizing system is our feature production line. This consists of CD-120 single screw extruder and under water pelletizing system.
Advantages of single screw extruders:
Single screw extruders are designed to be inexpensive and therefore have a wide range of applications. However, the single screw extruder has its limitations in use, mainly in the following aspects:
(1) The material transportation of the single screw extruder mainly relies on friction, so that its feeding performance is limited, and it is difficult to add powder, paste, glass fiber and inorganic filler.
(2) When the pressure of the machine head is high, the countercurrent increases, reducing the productivity.
(3) The new role of the single screw exhaust extruder material on the surface of the exhaust area is small, so the exhaust effect is poor.
(4) Single screw extruder is not suitable for some processes, such as polymer coloring, thermoset powder processing, etc.
The under water pelletizing system:
- The feeding conveyor belt adopts speed control motor 0.75kw, parallel step belt, installation mode 45 degrees; movable；
- Double column screen changer filter diameter: Φ120 type；
- Driving valve: solenoid valve controls the hydraulic oil station, with manual and automatic operation functions; 1.5kW hydraulic station accumulator 10L .High quality nitride steel (38CrMoAlA) material, nitrided in 72 hours;
- Underwater cutting die: template material: special alloy set template
- The number of holes and pore diameter of the mouth template are optimized according to the processed materials, 24 holes, hole diameter Ø3.2mm;
- Head heating power: 8kW
- The head heating is the heating rod heating method, the heating rod is an American imported brand, the heat is fast, and the heat balance of the die head is effectively maintained;
- The pellet chamber is made of SUS304 stainless steel.

10. The cutterhead is a universal compression structure with six straight knives;

13. Cutterhead pressing method: pneumatic (air pressure can be adjusted)
14. Piping system: all made of SUS304 stainless steel, the pipe joints are connected by quick-open clamps.
15. Circulating water tank: pipeline pump motor: 4kw;
16. The water tank is equipped with a preheating system, and the heating power is 3kW
17. The water tank is all made of SUS304 stainless steel.
18. Centrifugal dehydrator: motor power: 5.5kw;

21. Underwater cutting electrical control system: electrical control adopts human-machine interface system, Siemens PLC control system, color touch screen operation;
22. The start and stop control of all equipment is directly operated on the touch screen, and the parameters such as speed, current, temperature and so on are directly set on the touch screen; the equipment alarm has a special screen centralized display; with a key boot function.
