Nanjing Beyou Extrusion Machinery Co., Ltd was established in 2017, which is a professional rubber and plastic machinery manufacturer，mainly engaged in plastic extrusion machine as the core of the plastic modification equipment and related technology and engineering field of research and development and production of auxiliary machines.

Our company has numbers of independent intellectual property rights, combined with its own application technology research and development advantages and practical experience in engineering, constantly introduce new technologies and new products. The main products are twin-screw extruder, single-screw extruder, PVB intermediate film production line, glass fiber thermoplastic production line and self-developed underwater pelletizing system which are widely used in various kinds of plastic and rubber materials, such as coloring ,blending, filling, strengthening, stripping and recycling. According to different requirements of customers, we can provide appropriate solutions for customers.

The floor area is 4000㎡ with standard workshops at Lishui district. There are over 30 staff now.

Our company leads the industry in either software or hardware. Now it has a high-quality R&D team and engineering team that have engaged in the field of twin screw extruder for many years. We have equipped with various automated advanced processing equipment and modern quality testing center.

Processing Center

The company's core parts and components are processed by high-precision CNC machining center for key process steps, leading in the precision of parts and components industry, and in line with international standards.

After the raw materials enter the factory, all the processing procedures are under internal control and completed.

Our company has a special testing equipment, and equipped with a variety of advanced testing equipment, to ensure 100% controllable product quality.
